1.    Adherence Club Establishment Booklet
Adherence to treatment for HIV, TB and NCDs is a key priority in healthcare. Adherence leads to better management of chronic conditions, the prevention of further disability, and improvements in health outcomes and quality of life for patients, with the aim of a longer, healthier life for all. As one of the DMOC strategies, Adherence Clubs are key in providing support to patients who are established on their chronic treatment. This booklet provides guidance on establishing Adherence Clubs, the Principles, and the Facilitation and Monitoring of patients in these clubs. 


2.    Adherence Club Register
The Adherence Club Register is a monitoring tool for the Adherence Club to help track and monitor the clients who are registered in these clubs. In addition, track how these patients collect their treatment (patient medicine parcel).


3.    Adherence Club Trainer Manual
This is the training manual/guide for the trainers, who are capacitating the healthcare providers on the establishment of the Adherence Club, principles and club facilitation as well as monitoring of patients in these clubs. 


4.    Adherence Club Training Deck
These are the training deck that accompanies the Trainer Manual with simplified training guidance to help the participants understand how the Adherence Clubs should be established and managed
