Strengthening awareness of the importance of life course vaccines, African Vaccination Week Commemoration 
Theme: " For every generation, vaccines work". 
Slogan: "Vaccinated communities, Healthy communities."
Improved uptake of the life course vaccines, Continuous information-sharing session on vaccination through Knowledge hub for both public and private healthcare workers and academics
The theme emphasises the long-term, intergenerational impact of vaccination in protecting health across all ages and fostering a healthier, more resilient future for communities

SA aims to utilise AVW as a drive to improve vaccine coverage.    Aiming to keep immunisation high on national and regional agendas through advocacy and partnerships.
