The objectives of this document  is make health practitioners aware of the latest World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, to understand ‘Universal Test and Treat' and be able to encourage people in their community to get tested and to support them in this decision, Further it aims to help people understand what PrEP is and who can use it, know about Central Chronic Medicines Dispensing and Distribution (PhilaCollect) and understand the important role lay counsellors play in the community.
