1.    Treatment Literacy Toolkit 

The treatment literacy toolkit recognizes the importance of integrated care for clients who are living with chronic conditions such as HIV, Diabetes, Hypertension and other Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs) that often overlap in high burden communities. It equips clients and communities to manage multiple, overlapping health conditions more effectively, improves adherence, prevents complications, and ensures that care is people-centered, not disease-centered.

2.    Treatment Literacy Flip Chart 

The Flip Chart complements the Treatment Literacy Toolkit. It is a Visual Integrated Treatment Literacy Flip Chart that guides and assists health care providers in counselling patients by providing standardised education on various communicable and non-communicable illnesses. It integrates treatment literacy content across HIV, TB, hepatitis, hypertension, diabetes, respiratory diseases, cancers, and mental health. Structured around visual storytelling and simplified key messages, the flip chart standardises facility-based and community-based health education.
