Patient Safety Incident Reporting and Learning Podcasts
The two podcasts were developed to support the implementation of the National Guideline for Patient Safety Incident Reporting and Learning. The podcast ‘What is a Patient Safety Incident and how to manage it’ gives an overview of the content of the National Guideline and the podcast ‘From blame to learning’ encourages staff to report patient safety incidents and learn from it to prevent future harm.
