The aim of this toolkit is to entrench a common integrated approach to enhance the quality of PHC services and the standardization of clinic-laboratory processes. It further aims to ensure cost effective laboratory service utilization and finally to provide standardized systems and procedures for requesting laboratory tests, related specimen collection materials and for access to results.
