Medical Male Circumcision (MMC) Monthly Summary data tracking is a tally sheet that MMC site-level data monitors will use to keep track of monthly data: MMC performed, health screening, adverse events and client follow-up visits. It will also assist the MMC sites with reporting and MMC performance review.
