Adult Primary Care 2020 Update
The course is designed for users familiar with APC who wish to be updated on the latest South African National Department of Health policies and guidelines. It covers the latest in HIV, TB, non-communicable diseases, women's health and mental health.

Course content
This course has been created for healthcare workers who have already been exposed to APC training.
If you have not had APC training previously, please first discuss this with your APC Facility Trainer or register online for APC Full Course.
This course contains 5 cases and 2 activities and will take you between 6-8 hours to complete. We suggest you complete it over 3 or 4 sessions rather than doing it all at once as it is a lot of information to digest.
This module aims to:
- Provide an orientation to APC 2019/2020.
- Update you to the changes in the APC clinical tool using clinical cases.
- Explore ways to improve clinic flow.
- Provide guidance on reporting your APC training in your district.
